My Coaching

I’m Claudia, a 1:1 and online coach here to help you become the strongest version of yourself—inside and out. I’m not here to promise quick fixes or overnight transformations. What I will help you do is break free from stereotypes and build lasting strength, both physically and mentally. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, enhance and elongate your quality of life, refine your form, or push your limits, I’m here to guide you.

I specialise in functional training, strength training, Olympic weightlifting, and mobility, which I believe are key to living a healthier, pain-free life, no matter your age or background. As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, Hyrox Group Instructor, and Boxing Exercise Coach, I bring expertise and a tailored approach to every client. I’m also completing a pre- and postnatal qualification and have certifications in supporting fitness for arthritis, osteoporosis, and menopause.

My approach is holistic, taking into account your unique life and needs. Every day brings new challenges—physically and mentally—and I’m here to support you through those ups and downs with the right guidance and care.

I’m not going to promise you magic or instant results, because true transformation comes from consistency, effort, and a sustainable approach. My role is to provide personalised programmes, nutrition advice, and constant communication, while your dedication is the real key to success.

I take a holistic approach to coaching, looking beyond just workouts to support your lifestyle, mindset, and nutrition so you can feel and perform at your best.

Functional / Strength & Conditioning / Cross Training Program

A structured, ready-to-follow program with daily workouts designed to help you get fitter, stronger, and move better. Perfect if you want expert programming you can follow independently at your own pace.

Custom training built around your specific goals, from Olympic weightlifting, cross-training to functional training, Hyrox preparation, or boxing-inspired conditioning. Includes nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and continuous adjustments to your plan for optimal progress.
