My Coaching

I’m Claudia — a 1:1 and online coach here to help you become the strongest version of yourself, inside and out.

I’m not here to promise quick fixes or overnight transformations. My goal is to help you build real, lasting strength — physically and mentally — and break free from the stereotypes of what fitness “should” look like and develop the resilience to take on whatever life throws your way.

I specialise in hybrid & cross-training , combining strength, endurance, mobility, and conditioning to build a balanced and resilient body. My coaching focuses on improving performance, preventing injury, and developing strength that supports both everyday life and outdoor adventures. Whether your goal is to move better, feel stronger, built or maintain fitness while exploring the mountains, my coaching adapts to your goals and lifestyle.

My approach is holistic, focusing on the body and the mind. Some days you’ll feel unstoppable, others you’ll need guidance and support — and I’m here for both.

Built to Move is a personalised strength and conditioning programme designed to help you build a strong, capable body that performs well in everyday life and in training. This programme combines functional strength work, conditioning, mobility, and tailored nutrition guidance to support your goals, your lifestyle, and your long-term wellbeing.

You’ll receive a clear structure, expert support, and the accountability needed to stay consistent, progress safely, and feel confident in your training.

Built to Endure is a specialised coaching programme designed for hikers, trekkers, and mountain athletes who want to prepare properly for demanding outdoor challenges. This programme combines strength, endurance, mobility, mountain-specific conditioning, and tailored fuelling guidance to help you perform confidently on long days, steep climbs, and high-altitude environments.

You’ll receive structured training, expert support, and a clear plan that builds the strength, resilience, and confidence needed to move efficiently outdoors and reach your summit feeling prepared.
