My Journey
I’ve always been active — I grew up playing all kinds of sports: football, basketball, volleyball, hockey, horse riding, skiing, sailing — you name it. Later on, I got into martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing, and that’s when I first started thinking about becoming a personal trainer.
At the time, I was working as a graphic designer in marketing — I loved design, but I didn’t feel fulfilled. I was part of a system trying to sell things people didn’t really need. During the pandemic, I finally decided to take a leap and follow what truly made me happy — I started studying to become a personal trainer.
Back then, I had very little experience with strength training. I’d always done sports but rarely spent time in gyms, so while studying, I joined a local gym to get familiar with the environment. I shadowed all the PTs there, learned from them, and once I earned my qualification, I started working as a gym instructor. After a year, I became the assistant manager, and two years later, the general manager.

That’s also where I discovered CrossFit, and I instantly fell in love with it. I enjoyed strength training, but I was looking for more — something that challenged me in different ways. CrossFit brought together multiple disciplines, constant challenges, and a sense of community that pushed me further. After a year of being a Level 3 qualified PT, I earned my CrossFit Level 1 Coach qualification, and it completely shaped how I train and coach today.
Over the past few years, my path has continued to evolve. Different experiences — like one of my clients becoming pregnant and my mum being diagnosed with osteoporosis — motivated me to learn more and be able to support others better. I completed additional qualifications in arthritis, osteoporosis, and pre & postnatal training (which I’m now finishing), and also earned a Mental Health First Aid certification, because I truly believe mental well-being is deeply connected to physical health.
I also became a Hyrox group instructor and Boxercise coach, adding more layers to how I approach training. All of these experiences have shaped my coaching style into something holistic and versatile — blending strength, conditioning, and functionality to prepare people not just for the gym, but for life.
That’s also why I love hybrid and cross-training — combining different disciplines to build strength, endurance, and resilience, helping others feel capable and ready for whatever life throws at them.
After my time at the first gym, I joined Base13, where I currently coach. It was a great place to start, but I knew I wanted more — a different kind of environment. At Base13, I’m part of an incredible team that continues to help me grow and enjoy what I do every day. I’m also surrounded by a fantastic gym community — supportive, driven, and genuinely special. It’s the kind of place that reminds me why I love coaching.

Still, I wanted to reach more people — especially those who might not be able to train in person or who want to build strength and confidence in their own way. That’s how my online coaching began: to help beginners, athletes, and anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and improve their life through training.
In the past year, I also rediscovered my love for the outdoors. As a kid, I spent a lot of time in nature and the mountains — my dad had a factory near the Catalan Pyrenees, so being outdoors was always part of my life. I’ve always loved both the sea and the mountains, but this past year reminded me how deeply connected I am to them.
I climbed a 3,000-meter mountain in preparation for Mount Kilimanjaro, which turned out to be one of the most life-changing experiences I’ve ever had. Standing at the top, I felt truly alive. It made me realize how much I love nature — and how powerful the combination of strength and adventure can be.
My focus now is to help others build strong, capable, and resilient bodies — whether they’re training for performance, health, or adventure. Strength for life, for the mountains, and for everything in between.
